A Fórmula 1 realizou domingo a nona etapa do campeonato de 2022. Max Verstappen mais uma vez foi soberano, após grande disputa com Carlos Sainz. O holandês segurou o espanhol da Ferrari, mesmo com as investidas utilizando o DRS.
Lewis Hamilton fechou o pódio na terceira posição. Charles Leclerc, que largou da última fila, terminou em quinto lugar. Sergio Pérez acabou abandonando, com problemas em sua Red Bull. Mesmo assim, o mexicano sustenta a segunda colocação.
A F1 retorna em duas semanas, com o GP da Grã-Bretanha.
