Três pessoas foram presas numa ação realizada em Rio Claro pela Polícia Civil do Estado de São Paulo com apoio da GCM (Guarda Civil Municipal) rio-clarense. A ação foi no último dia 10, quarta-feira, no bairro Estádio, mais precisamente na Avenida 19. Atuaram também agentes da DIG (Delegacia de Investigações Gerais) e DISE (Delegacia de Investigações sobre Entorpecentes).
Segundo o registro policial, após realização de campanas próximo a um local conhecido como ponto de tráfico, os agentes fizeram o flagrante de um homem praticando a comercialização de drogas e com ele, havia uma pedra de crack, a qual ele alegou que era para seu próprio consumo.
Porém em buscas pelo local, os agentes acharam mais quatro pedras de crack, sendo uma de maior tamanho, além de R$ 300,00 em espécie e notas trocadas. Uma faca também foi localizada e itens usados para pintura que teriam sido furtados.
Ao vistoriarem melhor o local, acabaram prendendo um casal. O homem tinha tentado fugir jogando itens na área externa da casa. A cadela farejadora Madona, atuou na operação localizando ali mais 26 tubetes de cocaína, 14 pedras de crack, uma porção de maconha, R$ 163,00 em dinheiro, um caderno que conteria a contabilidade do tráfico e outros itens que seriam produto de furto.
Apurou-se que os produtos furtados teriam sido receptados e, assim, as três pessoas foram detidas, e os produtos subtraídos seriam devolvidos às vítimas dos furtos. As drogas foram apreendidas e o caso continuará sob investigação.
