Uma motocicleta foi apreendida pelo GAM (Grupo de Apoio com Motocicletas) da GCM (Guarda Civil Municipal) de Rio Claro na noite da última segunda-feira. O caso se iniciou na avenida M21 com Rua M17 no Cervezão, por volta de 22h45.
Segundo o registro policial, em patrulhamento pela região para cumprir uma Ordem de Serviço de averiguação de perturbação do sossego público, os agentes encontraram um homem em uma motocicleta Honda CG 125 vermelha recebendo algo de outro homem que estava dentro da Lagoa Seca e deixou o local fazendo manobras de perícia que só são permitidas em eventos organizados autorizados por legislação e órgão específicos.
Os agentes então se aproximaram do motociclista e deram a ordem de parada, que foi ignorada, e ele ao invés de parar, conduziu em alta velocidade por várias ruas e avenidas do bairro, ignorando sinalizações de trânsito de parada obrigatória, pondo em risco a própria vida, a dos agentes e de terceiros.
O rapaz foi abordado na Av. M-25, onde tentou entrar em uma residência, mas foi impedido pelos GCMs, e submetido a busca pessoal, onde nada de ilícito foi encontrado.
Apesar disso, considerando os fatos, os GCMs tomaram as medidas administrativas em relação as infrações cometidas pelo condutor, recolhendo a motocicleta, a qual só será liberada após cumprimento de várias obrigações legais.
