Um homem foi presto pela Força Tática da Polícia Militar na noite de sábado, dia 22, em flagrante, por tráfico de drogas e adulteração de sinais de identificação de veículo. A detenção foi no bairro Cervezão, em Rio Claro e, com ele, também foram apreendidas porções de cocaína.
Segundo o registro policial os agentes faziam patrulhamento de rotina pelo bairro, quando notaram que uma motocicleta Honda CB 300 vermelha estava com placas cuja numeração, pela consulta ao sistema de dados da Polícia, pertencia a um carro Ford Ka.
Além disso, o condutor da moto tentou fugir quando percebeu a presença policial, mas acabou caindo com a moto e durante a abordagem, na revista pessoal, os policiais acharam no bolso da blusa dele o total de 150 tubetes de cocaína.
Quando os agentes foram algemá-lo, o rapaz tentou resistir, entrando em confronto físico com os policiais e escapando a pé. Mas ele foi rapidamente alcançado e imobilizado.
Os policiais então passaram a analisar a motocicleta mais detalhadamente, descobrindo que a numeração do chassi havia sido suprimida e que a placa estava adulterada com fita isolante, resultando no número falso – pertencente ao Ford Ka. Verificando a situação desse veículo, os policiais constataram que não havia queixa de furto registrada para a moto.
O rapaz recebeu voz de prisão e foi levado para o Plantão Policial onde ficou à disposição da Justiça. A moto e as drogas foram apreendidas e passariam por perícia.
Após uma análise mais detalhada, foi descoberto que o chassi da motocicleta estava suprimido e a placa havia sido adulterada com fita isolante. Removendo a fita, foi revelada a verdadeira placa, que não tinha queixas registradas até o momento.
