A Red Bull agendou o lançamento do RB18, carro com que Max Verstappen vai defender o título da Fórmula 1 em 2022. A escuderia dos energéticos vai furar a fila da concorrência e apresentar o novo bólido na próxima quarta-feira, 9 de fevereiro, antes de qualquer outra escuderia.
A equipe comandada por Christian Horner anunciou o lançamento por meio de um teaser publicado nas redes sociais, confirmando que a apresentação do carro está chegando.
Assim como aconteceu no ano passado, Verstappen terá a companhia de Sergio Pérez, mas a nomenclatura do carro traz uma mudança, já que a Red Bull pulou o número 17, previsto originalmente para 2021. Ano passado, por causa da pandemia de Covid-19, a maior parte do regulamento técnico foi congelado, o que resultou em uma versão B do carro de 2020. Assim, o bólido foi batizado de RB16B.
Com o anúncio da Red Bull, apenas Williams e Haas ainda não confirmaram a data em que vão exibir seus novos carros. A pré-temporada da Fórmula 1 acontece entre os dias 23 e 25, em Barcelona.
Alfa Romeo
A Alfa Romeo se tornou a sétima equipe a anunciar, na quarta-feira (2), a data de lançamento do carro para a temporada 2022 da Fórmula 1. O C42 será revelado ao mundo no dia 27 de fevereiro, dois dias depois do fim da primeira jornada de testes de pré-temporada, em Barcelona, na Espanha.
Ferrari
Ainda falta mais de duas semanas para o dia do lançamento oficial da Ferrari para a temporada 2022, mas a equipe italiana aproveitou a manhã de terça-feira (1) para fazer um anúncio. Trata-se do nome do carro, o primeiro da nova geração de bólidos da Fórmula 1. É a F1-75.
O nome tem uma explicação muito fácil de compreender. Foi há 75 anos, em 1947 – mais precisamente em 12 de março daquele ano -, que Enzo Ferrari saiu da fábrica pela primeira vez com a 125 S. A Ferrari 125 S foi a primeira máquina a carregar o emblema tradicional da marca italiana.
O lançamento oficial está marcado para o dia 17 de fevereiro às 10h (horário de Brasília), em plataforma online.
