Em live realizada na tarde dessa quinta-feira (25), o secretário municipal da Educação, Adriano Moreira, informou que prefeitura de Rio Claro vai disponibilizar uma proposta de retomada das aulas na rede pública municipal de ensino no Portal do Educador. No período de 6 a 10 de julho, toda pessoa ou entidade poderá acessar o portal, ler a proposta e apresentar sugestões para o texto final da proposta.
As sugestões da comunidade serão avaliadas pela Comissão Intersetorial de Acompanhamento do Plano de Retomada do Ano Letivo 2020, formada por representantes das secretarias municipais. A proposta tem como meta retomar as aulas com segurança sanitária aos alunos e educadores.
Segundo o prefeito João Teixeira Junior, não é possível estipular uma data para o retorno das aulas presenciais, pois a situação do avanço da Covid-19 no município está sendo acompanhada dia a dia. Ainda, sobre a possibilidade de aulas virtuais, o prefeito esclareceu que a maior parte dos alunos da rede municipal possui de zero a cinco anos, o que dificulta uma alfabetização à distância. Da mesma forma, destacou as dificuldades para as famílias que não possuem acesso a internet e outras ferramentas.
Aulas estaduais presenciais voltam a partir de 8 de setembro
O governador de São Paulo, João Doria, anunciou que as aulas presenciais na rede de ensino do estado voltarão a partir de 8 de setembro, em sistema de rodízio. Segundo Doria, a medida afeta 13,3 milhões de alunos tanto da rede pública quanto da rede privada e contempla todas as etapas de ensino, do infantil ao universitário de São Paulo.
O anúncio feito terá as regras publicadas em decreto no dia 2 de julho. “Construímos um plano com protocolos bem definidos de distanciamento social, monitoramento de saúde dos alunos, higiene pessoal e dos ambientes escolares, para garantir essa segurança nas escolas públicas municipais, estaduais e também a recomendação para as escolas privadas em todo o estado de São Paulo”, disse o governador João Doria.
As aulas presenciais na rede estadual de São Paulo estão suspensas desde o dia 23 de março como medida de controle da propagação do novo coronavírus. Atualmente, as aulas das escolas estaduais ocorrem de forma remota e online, sendo transmitidas por meio do aplicativo Centro de Mídias SP (CMSP), plataforma criada pela secretaria de Educação durante a pandemia do novo coronavírus. Ela também é transmitida por meio dos canais digitais na TV 2.2 – TV Univesp e 2.3 – TV Educação.
O retorno às aulas foi planejado com base no Plano São Paulo de retomada econômica do estado. O Plano São Paulo é dividido em cinco fases que vão do nível máximo de restrição de atividades não essenciais (vermelho) a etapas identificadas como controle (laranja), flexibilização (amarelo), abertura parcial (verde) e normal controlado (azul).
O secretário estadual de Educação, Rossieli Soares, que se recupera em casa após uma internação por covid-19, participou da coletiva de anúncio da retomada das aulas de forma virtual. Segundo ele, a volta às aulas será de forma conjunta para todas as cidades do estado, considerando que, nessa data estimada de retorno, todo o estado paulista já esteja na fase amarela de flexibilização da economia há pelo menos 28 dias. “O retorno será junto e somente após 28 dias dentro do amarelo [da fase amarela de flexibilização prevista no Plano São Paulo]”, disse Soares.
O retorno completo das aulas, com a totalidade dos alunos e professores, só acontecerá quando a quase totalidade (80%) das regiões do estado estiverem na fase verde de reabertura.
