As 4 Horas de Le Castellet será segunda prova do ano do European Le Mans Series (ELMS), neste domingo, com 43 carros competindo no Circuito Paul Ricard, em Marselha. São 128 pilotos, representando 28 equipes de 30 países diferentes.
A corrida deste domingo no sul da França marca também a última etapa antes da já aguardada 92ª edição das 24 Horas de Le Mans, lendária prova de endurance, em junho.
No grid estão os brasileirosFelipe Drugovich, que corre pela Vector, mas que está cogitado em um segundo carro da Cadillac para Le Mans na classe Hypercar e Nelsinho Piquet na LMP2 PRO/AM com a Virage. Daniel Serra disputa na LMGT3 com a Kessel, e Daniel Schneider, na United Autosports. Outro destaque é o polonês Robert Kubica, ex-piloto de Fórmula 1.
GRID
Neste sábado, aconteceu a classificação para a prova. Drugovich (Vector), que corre na categoria LM P2, ficou em décimo. O piloto foi para a pista e marcou o tempo de 1:40:931. A pole da categoria ficou com a equipe Idec Sport, com o tempo de 1:40:276.
Já na categoria LM P2 Pro/Am, Nelsinho Piquet (Virage) largará da sexta posição. O tempo da equipe Virage foi de 1:45:050. Daniel Schneider, que foi para a pista pela equipe United Autosports, marcou o tempo de 1:44:882, o que garantiu a quinta posição no grid para a corrida de amanhã.
A pole da LM P2 Pro/Am ficou com a equipe Proton Competition, com o tempo de 1:43:67.
Na LMGT3, Daniel Serra marcou 1:57:367, o que garantiu a quinta colocação no grid. A pole ficou com a Iron Dames, com o tempo de 1:56:003.
Por fim, na LMP3, a pole ficou com a RLR, com 1:48:867. Essa categoria, não conta com nenhum brasileiro no grid.
