Quase 600 aparelhos de telefone celular foram apreendidos e um homem foi ouvido na delegacia, na região de Rio Claro, na noite da última segunda-feira, dia 15. A apreensão aconteceu durante ação no decurso da Operação Impacto, no quilômetro 197+900 metros/norte, da SP 310, Rodovia Washington Luís, em Corumbataí.
Segundo o registro policial, durante a operação, equipe do TOR (Tático Ostensivo Rodoviário) abordou um ônibus, cujo itinerário era de São Paulo, capital, a São Luiz, capital do estado do Maranhão.
Após a vistoria veicular, os agentes localizaram, num compartimento oculto, grande quantidade de aparelhos celulares, de várias marcas e modelos, sem a respectiva documentação fiscal. Eram, no total, 591 smartphones, segundo a Polícia Militar Rodoviária.
Diante dos fatos foi feito contato com a Delegacia da Polícia Federal em Piracicaba, onde o delegado, solicitou a apresentação das partes, veículo e objetos, deliberando pelo registro da ocorrência, após apreender os celulares ouviu e liberou as partes. No total foram apreendidos 591 aparelhos celulares de marcas e modelos diversos.
O ônibus transportava no momento da abordagem apenas outras sete pessoas. O motorista foi ouvido, alegando “não sabem a quem pertencem os celulares”, e foi liberado.
