Neste domingo (3), no Parque Municipal “Ruy Raphael da Rocha” em Santa Gertrudes, haverá Ritbox e aulão solidário a partir das 8h30. Além de estimular a prática de atividades físicas, o evento também irá arrecadar leite para o Fundo Social de Solidariedade. As doações serão posteriormente entregues às famílias em vulnerabilidade social já cadastradas.
A atividade de Ritbox + Aulão Solidário será coordenada pela profissional de Educação Física Jenifer Alves, que é coach credenciada da modalidade. O aulão é gratuito (pede-se a colaboração de 1 litro de leite) e a participação é aberta a qualquer pessoa a partir de 13 anos. A orientação é para que os participantes utilizem protetor solar para proteger a pele e levem garrafinha de água para hidratação.
O que é Ritbox?
O RitBox é um programa de treino ritmado em que os movimentos são executados utilizando ritmos das músicas atuais com a finalidade de trabalhar todo o corpo, por intermédio de exercícios funcionais, aeróbicos e dança. É uma aula coletiva, um treino ritmado, que. proporciona emagrecimento, força, resistência e diversão.
