Rio Claro realiza neste sábado (11) plantão da campanha de multivacinação, que visa colocar em dia a caderneta de vacinação dos menores de 15 anos. Nove unidades de saúde estarão abertas para vacinar a população.
O atendimento será das 8h30 às 15h30 exclusivamente nas unidades de saúde do Cervezão, Benjamin de Castro, Assistência, Jardim Novo, Mãe Preta, Jardim das Palmeiras, Panorama, Jardim das Flores e São Miguel.
A Fundação Municipal de Saúde frisa que é importante o comparecimento à unidade de saúde para que o profissional possa conferir a carteira de vacinação e aplicar as doses necessárias. É necessário apresentar carteira de vacinação e documento de identidade.
O objetivo da campanha de multivacinação é ampliar as coberturas vacinais e, para isso, estarão disponíveis todas as vacinas do calendário nacional, que protegem contra cerca de 20 doenças. Também estarão disponíveis doses contra a gripe e Covid-19.

Desde o fim de setembro, o governo de São Paulo já vacinou mais de 747 mil crianças e adolescentes por meio da campanha de multivacinação. Somente na primeira semana deste mês, após a prorrogação da ação, mais de 117 mil receberam todas as doses de vacinas necessárias do calendário básico nacional.
A iniciativa, que termina na próxima quarta-feira (15), também verificou a carteira de vacinação de mais de 1,2 milhão menores de 15 anos de idade em todos os 645 municípios paulistas.
