A nova diretriz curricular que estabelece uma proposta pedagógica para as escolas, que está sendo elaborada pelo município de Rio Claro, foi alvo de intenso debate entre os vereadores na sessão ordinária desta segunda-feira (30). O assunto ganhou destaque desde a semana passada quando foi criticado em plenário por duas mães de alunos, Mariana de Carvalho e Katiele Sena, que pediram apoio parlamentar para cancelar o documento que, segundo elas, fere as leis educacionais, exclui a participação popular e impede a pluralidade de ideias.
Diante disso, a Câmara Municipal realizou reunião na sexta-feira (27) para discutir o assunto com a secretária municipal de Educação, Valéria Velis, e representantes do Conselho Municipal de Educação (Comerc), responsável pela elaboração do documento por meio da Comissão de Educação do Currículo Integrado (Ceci).
O vereador Adriano La Torre declarou ser contra o texto que, segundo ele, é uma “tentativa de promover uma lavagem cerebral nas crianças criando ideologia marxista”. Na mesma linha, Val Demarchi declarou também contrário à proposta que considerou “marxista, socialista e comunista” pelo bem das crianças. Conforme ele, as escolas devem “transmitir conhecimento e não ideologia partidária”.
Hernani Leonardt também manifestou posição contrária ao texto, que considerou uma “cartilha esquerdista e comunista”. Da mesma forma, manifestou Irander Augusto que defendeu que “não é uma cartilha esquerdista que vai definir a educação dos nossos filhos”. Serginho Carnevale observou que o documento não é preliminar como alegado, e sim estava pronto para ser implementado sem ampla discussão.
Banheiros unissex
Outro projeto muito discutido foi o que proíbe a instalação de banheiros unissex em estabelecimentos públicos e comerciais de Rio Claro, de autoria do vereador Pastor Diego Gonzalez. De acordo com ele, esse tipo de sanitário “fere o direito da intimidade causando o constrangimento da mulher e da criança ao usar o mesmo banheiro utilizado pelo homem”.
O parlamentar observou ainda as questões de intimidade e de higiene, pois os homens utilizam o banheiro de forma diferente das mulheres. O pastor citou vários problemas registrados em banheiros unissex no Brasil e em outros países e a medida, segundo ele, evitar que fatos similares ocorram no município.
“Não se trata de discriminação. Eu como pastor sou a favor princípio da família e sou contra o banheiro coletivo onde há várias cabines e as pessoas de ambos os sexos podem usar o local ao mesmo tempo”, frisou. O projeto recebeu manifestação de apoios de diversos parlamentares.
Projetos aprovados
Também na sessão desta segunda (30), os vereadores aprovaram sete projetos de lei. De Diego Gonzalez foi aprovado projeto que institui o programa municipal para incentivar a participação na política. Outra proposta aprovada denomina de “Izilda Regina Loureiro de Souza – Dona Regina” a praça localizada no bairro Jardim Cidade Azul, sugestão de Hernani Leonhardt.
A Câmara também aprovou projeto que dispõe sobre o pagamento de tributos municiais, por meio de Pix, cartão de débito e/ou crédito, inscritos ou não na dívida ativa. O projeto é assinado pelos vereadores Serginho Carnevale, Alessandro de Almeida, Adriano La Torre, Carol Gomes e Hernani Leonhardt. Todos esses projetos foram aprovados em segunda discussão.
De autoria do Executivo, os vereadores aprovaram propostas que autorizam a prefeitura a fazer desafetação de área e transferir imóveis de sua titularidade para fins habitacionais.
Também foi aprovado projeto de lei substitutivo, de autoria dos vereadores Hernani Leonhardt e Paulo Guedes, que altera dispositivos da Lei Municipal nº 3.573/2005, que trata da cesta básica de doação de materiais de construção para baixa-renda. Esses quatro projetos passaram em primeira discussão.
