Os 3,5 milhões de alunos da rede estadual de ensino voltam às aulas nesta terça-feira (25) para início do segundo semestre do ano letivo de 2023. Em Rio Claro, são mais de 12,6 mil de estudantes que retornam aos bancos escolares após o fim do recesso de julho.
Os alunos da rede municipal pública de ensino iniciaram o segundo semestre nesta segunda-feira (24), dia utilizada para replanejamento pelos professores das escolas estaduais. O ano letivo termina em 15 de dezembro para a rede estadual de ensino e no dia 20 para a rede municipal.
A rede municipal de ensino público de Rio Claro atende cerca de 18 mil estudantes na educação infantil (creche e pré-escola), ensino fundamental I (1º ao 5º ano) e EJA (Educação de Jovens e Adultos) – ciclos I e II. Já a rede estadual tem 20 unidades que atendem mais de 12,6 mil alunos do ensino fundamental II (6º ao 9º ano) e do ensino médio. Esse número inclui os estudantes dos distritos de Ajapi e Assistência.
