Uma tentativa de feminicídio foi registrada pela GCM (Guarda Civil Municipal) na noite do último domingo, dia 18, no Jardim Progresso, em Rio Claro.
Segundo o registro policial, uma mulher foi atacada com uma faca pelo ex-companheiro, que desfrutava do benefício de saída temporária da prisão em São José do Rio Preto/SP, onde ele cumpre pena há quase 30 anos por diversos homicídios.
Conforme a GCM quando os agentes chegaram à casa da vítima ela já havia sido socorrida para a UPA (Unidade de Pronto Atendimento) do Cervezão, com ferimentos na cabeça.
O ex-companheiro e segundo testemunha autor dos golpes de faca foi encontrado pelos guardas num bar próximo. Ele aparentava estar alcoolizado e usava uma tornozeleira eletrônica. Seu retorno para a prisão era previsto para ontem, dia 19.
Quem testemunhou o ataque à mulher foi o próprio filho do agressor que disse que conseguiu desarmar o pai, evitando uma tragédia maior. A faca utilizada no ataque não havia sido encontrada até o fechamento desta edição.
Na UPA do Cervezão, os GCMs ouviram relato da vítima, que disse que sempre que o ex-companheiro sai temporariamente da prisão ele fica hospedado em sua casa e que desta vez ameaçou matá-la após uma briga, desferindo os golpes de faca.
O homem foi preso em flagrante por tentativa de feminicídio e ficou à disposição da Justiça.
